You May Now Fail To Destroy Me
Opening submissions for a new anthology of urgent American writing
Coming soon, a new anthology of urgent American writing aligned around the open-edged concept: You May Now Fail To Destroy Me: American Writers on Their Most Dangerous Beliefs, co-edited and compiled by Ken Baumann and myself.
This idea emerged a few months ago with the intent of it being produced and launched in a short amount of time. Profits for sales of the anthology, which will open later this year, will be shared evenly among all contributors.
Thus far the anthology includes new work by:
Gwen Hilton, Brad Neely, Gary Shipley, Sam Gaglio, Never Angeline Nørth, Jeff Jackson, John Trefry, Sean Kilpatrick, Wyatt Williams, Ander Monson, Eric Raymond, Mark Leidner, Charlene Elsby, Philip Christman, Jim Ruland, Garri Saganenko, Johannes Goransson, Ariana Reines, Kate Wagner, Blake Butler, and Ken Baumann—with more to come.
We are opening submissions to the public until July 15th. If you have a ≤3000 word piece in you that is urgent and doesn’t punch down, send it to us at failtodestroyme at gmail.
More updates, and eventual pre-orders, will be posted at failtodestroy.me.
